This project reimagines an older home through a considered transformation of both its exterior presence and interior experience.

The front of the house has been thoughtfully redesigned to introduce a calm, modern coastal character. Soft tones, natural materials and gently layered forms create a welcoming street presence while setting the tone for the spaces within.

A key element of the design is the introduction of a beautifully integrated alfresco area. Positioned to enhance privacy from neighbouring homes, this outdoor space extends the living experience while creating a protected setting for entertaining and everyday family life.

Inside, the transformation focuses on creating interiors that feel fresh, modern and cohesive. Spaces that were once disconnected are now unified through a restrained palette, natural textures and a carefully considered flow from one room to the next.

The result is a home that feels open, relaxed and deeply liveable — where indoor and outdoor living come together effortlessly and the everyday rhythm of family life is placed at the centre of the design.
