We’re excited to share the ongoing journey of a full interior and exterior renovation for our wonderful clients in Belmont North, Newcastle.

The home has been thoughtfully opened up, creating additional outdoor areas that extend the living experience beyond the walls and encourage a more connected indoor–outdoor lifestyle.

With its distinctive architectural bones, the house has provided a beautiful canvas for our vision.

Drawing on our clients’ love of Spanish and Mediterranean design, we’ve layered these influences through the home while still honouring its original character. The result is a balanced blend of warmth and refinement that feels relaxed, inviting and quietly retreat-like.

Nestled among the bushland of Lake Macquarie, the home now opens to its surroundings on both sides, allowing light, air and landscape to move naturally through the spaces. This approach strengthens the connection between indoors and out, while shaping a home that supports the way our clients truly want to live.
